We the members and trustees of the above named organization, believing in harmonious co-existence of the United Nations and the entire world under God, having firmly resolved to uphold and promote the purposes of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international law in general as well as the laws and constitutions of  various countries in which our objectives and activism operate; now resolved to establish a body and to function in solidarity, tranquility, development and justice in the name of  International Institute for Humanitarian and Environmental Law (ISHERL), dedicated to the protection of environment, human and peoples rights and the promotion of international laws, cultural understanding, conflict resolution and management and policy dialogue assimilation.

DETERMINED: To function as an organization to be known, named and addressed as “INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR HUMANITARIAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAW (ISHERL)” to perpetuate the growth and survival of the United Nations Organization, its regions and countries   And to pursue the survival and sustainable development of environment, bio-diversity and people in any/all areas as well as communities of the world

Committed: To produce a workable and harmonious organization to encourage peaceful, progressive and sustainable development activities.

Dedicated: To uphold the principles of humanitarian law, sustainable development and environmentalism in the honor and worth of humanity.

Desirous: To produce the forum by which we may effectively and accurately utilize the human and natural resources of the world, nations and communities, for the protection of natural environment, human and people rights and the promotion of conflict resolution and sustainable development.

Expecting: To play an active and progressive role in the task of world development and nations building, to contact, cooperate and enhance ideas with other organizations; Non-governmental organizations (NGO(s), Governments, its agencies and people, to build a workable and sustainable society.

Guaranteed: To be law abiding, harmonious, justifiable and peace loving with our members, peoples, nations, regions, states and local communities and corporate organizations operating therein, and to unite strength, maintain and encourage healthy and safe environment and committed citizenry.

Anxious: To implement all constitutional and administrative machinery for the promotion of the organizations, the entire world, nations and local communities' interest.
